Home Watch Pricing
Most visits average around $80
Our per-visit pricing typically ranges from $65 to $150 per visit, depending on the size of your home and the level of service required. Most visits average around $80.
We also offer discounted rates for more frequent visits:
- Weekly visits (4 times per month) – Best rate per visit
- Bi-Weekly visits (2 times per month) – Discounted rate
- Monthly visits (1 time per month) – Standard rate
Custom Quotes

Every home watch visit includes a full interior and exterior inspection with a detailed report and photos sent to you after each visit.
