Deep Roots in Westhampton
Total Home Watching is a family-owned and operated business founded by Tom Cerniello, his wife Donna Cerniello, and their son Justin Cerniello. With deep roots in Westhampton for over 25 years, our family understands the unique needs of homeowners throughout the Hamptons — especially those who own vacation or second homes and can’t always be there in person.
For more than 25 years, our family specialized in facility management and maintenance for major retailers across the country, including Gap, Foot Locker, and CVS. We handled everything from plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs to full-service cleaning and ongoing property care. This hands-on experience gave us a strong foundation in reliability, attention to detail, and professional service.
From Facilities to Home Watching
After decades in the maintenance and facilities industry, we realized that home watching was the natural next chapter for our family. We saw a clear need for trustworthy, dependable care for the beautiful homes throughout the Hamptons.
Our son, Justin Cerniello, has been involved in the family businesses since he was young. He went on to attend Baruch College’s Business School and later Columbia Law School, bringing both strong business knowledge and a high level of professionalism to Total Home Watching.
